Our mission is to provide youth with programs where they can feel safe to learn and grow into leaders of tomorrow, and most importantly to simply exist. YBMKQ looks forward to providing safe spaces for youth to learn creatively, heal entirely, and explore courageously.

YBMKQ will inspire youth to embrace their true excellence while unleashing their inner potential. YBMKQ seeks to provide emotional security which is critical given Black youth face constant discouragement and scrutiny.

A Penn Hills Senior High School graduate and now a Clark Atlanta University Senior Business Administration major with a Dual-Concentration in Marketing & Management and a minor in Political Science created an organization to reach out to young African American men in the city of Pittsburgh that believed in being active in their communities.
